Company Policies

Order Processing- Orders are processed Monday-Friday until 4:00 PM PST. If you place an order after 4:00 PM, on the weekend or on a holiday, we will begin processing your order on the next business day. Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to another address other than the billing address may cause delays.

Return Policy-All sales are final, No refunds will be issued. No exceptions.  If you are having a problem with the product you just received, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt via email describing your issue. PRIOR TO INSTALLING HAIR! All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All product returns have to be authorized from Unique Hair N More. The product must be: Unused, unwashed, unprocessed, undamaged, unraveled hair, in the same packaging and condition as we shipped it.

Backorders- If a backorder occurs on your item(s); we will notify you via email with an estimated ship date. If we are not able to ship your order in a reasonable amount of time of 7 to 10 business days, we will contact you and offer you a full refund.

Fraud- We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
